Room Deposits

All room bookings require a $400 deposit to reserve the room. The deposit is fully refundable up to 45 days before travel at which time the remaining balance will be due.

Booking Rooms

During the booking process, all prices are per couple (per room). All prices are final and include taxes as well as the all-inclusive package.

Sandals will offer rooms up to 65% off base room rates. When choosing a room during the booking process, Sandals will identify the final price as well as the amount saved resulting from the discount. In addition, the nightly room cost will be shown. If booking a 1 or 2 night free special, make sure that the free nights are reflected in the daily rate breakdown (Each free night should have $0.00).

Generally the further out you book, the closer you will approach the 65% sale price. Not all resorts offer up to 65% off, some offer up to 55% or less. Last minute deals are also available offering 1 free night plus nightly reduced rates based on a 3-night stay.

Booking Roundtrip Air
During the Sandals resort booking process, optional roundtrip air is offered. Airfare almost always has to be paid up front at time of booking. Airport transfers are included with the room all-inclusive package and does not require purchase of air through Sandals. Multiple flights will be offered and the price next to each flight is the room+air cost for the traveling couple. Air offered through Sandals is generally a competitive price, however, not all flights or airlines are always available through the Sandals booking engine.

Booking Sandals online vs calling
All deals are available online and there is no price advantage or additional availability by calling. Most people book directly online, some prefer to call. You may need to call for certain special requests. Please call if you have any unanswered questions or need help deciding location or room accommodations.

Booking Sandals Weddings & Honeymoons
When booking your room, you will be given the chance to identify if you are having a wedding at the resort. After booking, a Sandals wedding coordinator will call you within 48 hours to go over the details such as preferred resort ceremony location, date/time, and available optional packages. Please be familiar with the local wedding residence requirements before booking your travel dates. Booking a stay of wedding/honeymoon stay of 6 nights or longer in a concierge level room or above will waive the local government fees. Sandals Wedding Packages
