Butler Service: Sandals Butler Service, only available in the very highest level of suites, provides the most discerning guests with an unimaginably supreme standard of service and luxury, where your every need is anticipated and catered to by your very own personal butler. Butlers are the only Sandals employees to accept gratuities as they provide as personal service. More

Concierge Service: Sandals Concierge Service will pamper you with V.I.P. check-in, special luggage handling, tour arrangements, in-room bar stocked daily, private parties, and a concierge dedicated to seeing that all your needs are answered. Available in all suites and some room categories.

Internet/ Wi-Fi: All Sandals resorts now have wi-fi in all of the rooms. Cost is approx $14 per day or $45 weekly rate.

In-Room Bar/Refrig: All Sandals rooms have refrig with juices, soft drinks, and water. In addition, concierge and butler level suites/rooms have complimentary stocked in-room bars including alcohol, wine, and beer.

Sandals Travel Protection Plan: For additional $99 per Adult ($109 during Christmas/New Years Holiday period), you can purchase the Sandals comprehensive travel protection plan. This plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Plan Details

What is NOT included? Spa treatments, optional tours, golf caddies (mandatory for golfers) Golf Details, internet access, medical services (beyond basic on site nursing services), gift shop items, phone calls, and scuba certification courses.
 

Airport/resort transportation: Sandals all-inclusive packages include roundtrip airport/resort transportation. Simply proceed to the Sandals travel desk after you go through customs at the airport. Sandals roundtrip resort transportation is included with your resort package and does not matter if you purchased your air through Sandals or bought elsewhere. Note: transfer drivers are contracted by Sandals and tips are appreciated.

Cellular Phone Usage: Requires a local Caribbean SIM Card to call locally, USA, or any other country. Prepaid SIM Card is significantly less expensive than using the resort phones. INTL Calling cards also available. Click here for product information.
 

Payment options: If outside of 45 days before travel, Sandals reservations can be secured with a deposit of $400 per room. Remaining balance is due 45 days before travel. If purchasing air, most times full payment for air must be paid upfront.
 

Marriage Residence Requirements: Marriage Residence Requirements: If getting married, you must meet local residence requirements before ceremony is performed. Jamaica, Antigua, and St Lucia all require 2 full days before you can get married on the 3rd. Bahamas requires 2 full business days at the resort before you can get married. Gov't fees Jamaica $94.64, St Lucia $269.40, Bahamas $205, Antigua $288.
 

Sandals Dress codes: On some nights you may need to dress casually elegant or elegant. This all depends on the restaurants you wish to dine in.  None of the restaurants require a jacket to be worn. Resort Casual restaurants allow dress shorts or jeans and swim wear must be dried and covered, no bare feet. Resort Evening restaurants require dress pants for gentlemen, shirts with sleeves and collar, and dress shoes. But in general, Sandals tends to be liberal with enforcement of their dress requirements and codes are general guidelines.
 

Exchange Privileges : The 7 Sandals Jamaica resorts have exchange privileges with each other. However, complimentary shuttle transfers are only provided for resorts within the same town (This includes the 2 resorts in Ocho Rios and the 3 resorts in Montego Bay). The 3 Sandals St. Lucia resorts have exchange privileges with each other.
 

Reservations for restaurants and activities: Reservations for dining (most restaurants don't require reservations), golf, scuba, watersports, tennis, etc. can only be made once you arrive at the resort. Reservations for spa services, private candlelight dinner, and Tours & excursions are recommended ahead of travel and can be booked online.
 

Special Requests: Requests for rooms in particular building or adjoining rooms can be made. Requests are based on availability and Sandals cannot guarantee fulfillment. However, contact DML if special requests are required as we personally contact the resort management directly and continually follow-up on all special requests for our customers.
 

Drinking water: Since all Sandals resorts have water filtration plants on property, drinking the water in your room is perfectly safe. Bottled water is also complimentary and provided within the in-room refrigerators.
