Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in all Club Sandals concierge and butler service level rooms & suites. Otherwise cost is approx $14 per day or $45 weekly rate.

Are refrigerators an/or bars included in Rooms and Suites?
All Sandals rooms have refrig with juices, soft drinks, and water. In addition, concierge and butler level suites/rooms have complimentary stocked in-room bars including alcohol, wine, and beer. Concierge includes scotch, vodka, rum, whiskey, wine, beer. Butler service categories includes premium brands and expanded customized bar selection based on guest preferences.
How much is Travel Protection and what does it cover?
Sandals charges $99 per Adult ($109 during Christmas/New Years period), for their travel protection plan. This plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure, but it does not cover airfare costs. It also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. What is included and not included in Sandals All-inclusive?
See Sandals Luxury All-Inclusive for detailed information of what is included with Sandals all-inclusive Resorts. The primary items that are NOT included are spa treatments, optional tours, golf caddies (mandatory for golfers), medical services (beyond basic on site nursing services), gift shop items, and scuba certification courses. Wi-Fi is only complimentary for Butler Service or Club Sandals accommodation categories.
Are roundtrip airport/resort transportation included?
All Sandals resorts include roundtrip airport/resort transportation and it does not matter whether you booked air separately or through Sandals. Simply proceed to the Sandals travel desk after you get through customs at the arrival airport. Note: shuttle drivers are contracted by Sandals and are not Sandals employees, tips are appreciated.
Do cell phones work in the Caribbean?
Depends on your cell phone and specific service, please contact your cell phone provider with any questions. Prepaid SIM Cards can be purchased and are significantly less expensive than using the resort phones. INTL Calling cards also available. Click here for product information.
What are Sandals payment options and when is the balance due?
If outside of 45 days before travel, Sandals reservations can be secured with a deposit of $400 per room. Remaining balance is due 45 days before travel. If purchasing air, in most cases full payment for air must be paid upfront.
What are Caribbean marriage residence requirements?
If getting married, you must meet local residence requirements before the ceremony can be performed. Jamaica, Antigua, and St Lucia all require 2 full days before you can get married on the 3rd. Bahamas requires 2 full business days at the resort before you can get married. Gov't fees Jamaica $94.64, St Lucia $269.40, Bahamas $205, Antigua $288.
What are the dress codes for Sandals restaurants?
Dress codes depend on the restaurant you are dining. None of the restaurants require a jacket to be worn. Resort Casual restaurants allow dress shorts or jeans and swim wear must be dried and covered, no bare feet. Resort Evening or Resort Elegant restaurants require dress pants for gentlemen, shirts with sleeves and collar, and dress shoes. But in general, Sandals can at times be fairly liberal with enforcement of their dress requirements and codes are general guidelines.
What are Sandals Exchange Privileges?
The 7 Sandals Jamaica resorts have exchange privileges with each other. However, complimentary shuttle transfers are only provided for resorts within the same town (This includes the 2 resorts in Ocho Rios and the 3 resorts in Montego Bay). The 3 Sandals St. Lucia resorts have exchange privileges with each other and complimentary shuttles are provided.
Can reservations be made in advance before resort arrival?
Reservations for dining (majority of restaurants don't require reservations), golf, scuba, watersports, tennis, etc. can only be made once you arrive at the resort. Reservations for spa services, private candlelight dinner, and Tours & excursions are recommended ahead of travel and can be booked online.
Can special room requests be made?
Requests for rooms, specific buildings, or floor locations can be made. Requests are based on availability and Sandals cannot guarantee fulfillment. However, contact DML if special requests are required as we personally contact the resort management directly and continually follow-up on all special requests for our customers.
How do the restaurants serve clients with food allergies or speical dietary needs?
Sandals Discover Dining program includes culinary desks at many of it's resorts. Visit the culinary desk to view restaurant menus and customize in order for the chef's to prepare your meals based on dietary restrictions. For resorts without culinary desks, simply request to meet with the chef upon check-in.
Is the water at the resorts safe to drink?
Since all Sandals resorts have water filtration plants on property, drinking the water on property or in your room is perfectly safe. In addition, bottled water is complimentary and supplied within the in-room refrigerators.
