The smallest out of all the Sandals resorts, Sandals Inn has characteristics of a bed & breakfast. Most come away saying Sandals Inn felt like home. This should be no surprise as Sandals Inn has one of the best staffs among the Sandals brand who make you feel welcomed from the moment of arrival. The other major advantage to Sandals Inn is it has the lowest and most attractive rates among the Sandals resorts.

People who come to Sandals Inn are seeking a smaller intimate laid-back environment which features excellent dining and a friendly staff, all at very attractive rates. One of the reasons for the lower rate is that Sandals Inn does not have its own beach. The public beach across the street is generally safe to use but you will be approached by the local merchants. While the resort has fewer facilities, many guests take advantage of the exchange privileges and complimentary shuttle to the other 2 Montego Bay resorts to enjoy the beaches, water sports, and restaurants. One more notable fact is that Sandals Inn is located at the end of Jamaica's Hip Strip which features shops, hotels, restaurants, and the historic Doctor Cave's Beach.

Unlike the other resorts which features many room categories, Sandals Inn only has 3 types to choose from: Deluxe (no balcony), Premium (balcony), and Grande Luxe (balcony and view of ocean). Bay Window is the primary restaurant, indoor and outdoor dining, serves all meals, and features a Intl cuisine menu during dinner. Overlooking the entertainment theater is the Carlyle which has a fusion cuisine dinner menu. The 3rd restaurant is a grill serving lighter dishes and snacks throughout the day. On property is also a full service spa, a small pool, a game room, and tennis courts.
